EVOLUM is a private beta platform providing AI-powered tools for the film and television industry, including pitch deck generation, script analysis, and actor preparation reports (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

During the private beta period, access is gated at $5/month via Stripe. This fee grants full access to all available tools. Billing is recurring monthly and can be cancelled at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

Any script, story, character, or creative material you upload to EVOLUM remains entirely your own. We claim no rights whatsoever to your creative work. Your content is processed by AI to generate reports and decks for your use. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload any material you submit.

Decks, reports, and analysis generated by the Service are tools to assist your creative process — they are not professional legal, financial, or industry advice. Results may vary based on the content you provide. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all AI-generated output before use.

You agree not to use the Service to upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, or that you do not have rights to use. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell any part of the Service. Abuse of the platform may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Scripts you upload are processed and then deleted from our servers. Generated outputs (decks, reports) are stored temporarily for your download. We do not sell, share, or license your data. AI processing uses Anthropic's Claude API, governed by Anthropic's privacy policy.

The Service is provided "as is" during the beta period. EVOLUM is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or failed pitch meetings. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to any claim.

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email.

Either party may terminate access at any time. You may cancel your subscription through Stripe or by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
